Wedding stationery
Each piece of our wedding stationery is individually handmade by our experienced, friendly team at our studio in Halifax, West Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service and will go the extra mile to ensure your order is completed quickly, carefully packaged, and tailored to your needs.
Lead times
Please allow up to 15 working days for the production of your wedding invitations once your proofs have been approved. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. You can reach us at 01422 204408 or by emailing info@gibsondoyle.co.uk.
For additional items such as order of service, menus, table plans, and place cards, please allow 21 days before your preferred delivery date.
Custom colour options
All of our wedding invitation designs can be customised to match your chosen wedding colour scheme.
Proofs and approval
We will send a PDF proof of your text for review before printing your wedding stationery. We want everything to be perfect, so if any changes are needed, don’t worry - we’ll work with you until it’s just right for you.
Fonts and wording
If you’d like to use a specific font that isn’t listed in our personalisation box, feel free to explore alternative font choices and talk to us about your requirements.

Guest name printing
Add a lovely personal touch by having guest names printed on your invitations for just 40p each. To arrange this, please email the names to info@gibsondoyle.co.uk and we’ll send you a proof and payment details.
Easy ordering
Once you’ve decided on your stationery items, simply add the quantity to your basket, choose a font style, and enter your wording in the personalisation box.
Proceed to checkout, and you’ll receive an order confirmation and secure payment details.
Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier, depending on size and weight, and will require a signature upon delivery. International shipping is also available -shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. For more details on international shipping, please visit our delivery page.
If you place additional orders after your original one, they will be treated as a new order and the applicable discount will be applied.
