Ordering a card
Once you've selected your preferred greeting card design, follow these simple steps to complete your order:
- Choose a font style.
- Enter the text for the front of the card in the Tag/Banner personalisation box.
- Add your message for the inside of the card in the Inner Card personalisation box.
- Proceed to checkout, select your shipping method, and make a secure payment. You will receive an order confirmation.

Packaging
Each card is carefully wrapped in soft coloured tissue paper, placed in a plain white box, and securely wrapped in a double layer of kraft paper and plastic cello to ensure safe delivery.
Plain wrap option
Want to keep the contents of your gift a secret? Choose our free plain wrap option! Your card will be wrapped in simple brown kraft paper with no logos or branding—perfect for adding an element of surprise. Just add this option to your basket when purchasing your greeting card design.
Quick turnaround
Order your individual cards, luxury cards, and chocolates by 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) for same-day dispatch via Free Standard Delivery or First Class Post (excluding Bank Holidays).
Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery (UK Mainland only)
Need your order urgently? Select Next Day Special Delivery at checkout for guaranteed next-day delivery (starting at £8.50 for smaller orders). Orders must be placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Ordering your invitations
Once you've chosen your preferred invite style, simply:
- Select the quantity you need.
- Choose your font style.
- Enter your invitation wording in the personalisation box.
- Proceed to checkout, select your shipping method, and make a secure payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation.
Invitation lead times
Many of our invitation covers are pre-made, so we can often process orders quickly (usually within 2-7 working days). If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Call 01422 204408 or email info@gibsondoyle.co.uk.
Proofs
We’ll send you a PDF proof of your invitation text for approval before printing. Don’t worry if changes are needed—it’s important that everything is perfect for you.
Fonts & wording
If you’d like to use a font that’s not available in the personalisation box, feel free to browse alternative font options [here], or email us with your specific request.
You can also email your text directly for proofing if you prefer not to use the personalisation box. Send your details to info@gibsondoyle.co.uk.
Envelopes
All invitations come with high-quality envelopes included in your order.
Minimum order
The minimum order for invitations is 10.
Guest name printing
Add a personal touch with guest name printing for just 40p per invite. Please email the names to info@gibsondoyle.co.uk, and we’ll send you a proof and payment details.
