Delivery info

At Gibson Doyle, we ensure that all orders are carefully packed for safe delivery. Smaller items are dispatched via Royal Mail, while larger or heavier items are sent using a trusted courier. All cards are packaged in sturdy boxes, with an additional strong outer wrapper made of kraft paper and plastic cello for extra protection.

UK delivery

Free Second Class Delivery
Free second-class delivery is available for all individual and luxury cards when ordered before 12:00pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note: While we aim to dispatch orders the same day, this is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.

£2.70 First Class Delivery
For faster delivery, choose first-class delivery for just £2.70 on individual and luxury cards when ordered before 12:00pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).

As with second-class delivery, we strive to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur during peak times.

Next Day Special Delivery
Available for UK Mainland orders, this service starts at £8.50 for smaller orders. To qualify, orders must be placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Thursday. This service requires a signature upon delivery, or you can provide instructions on where to leave the package or post it through the letterbox.

Saturday Delivery
Some products are eligible for Saturday delivery within the UK Mainland. Please contact us on 01422 204408 for more details.

Invitation Orders
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery once your proof has been approved. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Wedding Stationery Orders
Wedding stationery is dispatched via Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size and weight of the order. A signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping

We regularly ship our stationery products to Europe, the USA, and Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout, and we offer two shipping options for international orders:

1. Global Priority
Guaranteed delivery within 3 working days, including tracking and a signature on delivery.

2. Air Mail
Delivery within 4-9 working days, without tracking or signature on delivery. For more details on international deliveries, please visit UPS.

USA Shipping

We offer fast shipping to the USA. Individual Greeting Cards, Luxury Cards, and Chocolates typically arrive within 5 working days. Wedding stationery and invitations are shipped after proof approval, and delivery usually takes 5-9 working days. However, please allow up to 30 days if you need your order by a specific date.

Delivery delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or issues with suppliers and distribution partners. In such cases, our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the duration of the delay.
