Delivery Policy

We use Royal Mail for the delivery of most our cards and ParcelForce for larger consignments, all our cards are packed in boxes and protected with bubble wrap. Goods are posted within two days of ordering if the items are in stock, this may take longer if cards need to be handmade or personalised but generally you will receive your order within seven working days.

You are required to advise us at the time of your order if you require your order to be sent by special delivery. Next day Special Delivery service starts at £6.50 for smaller orders. Orders must be made before 12 noon Monday to Thursday only for this service.

N.B. Our Last Minute Service is only available for addresses located within the UK.

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

USA Shipping:-

We have a quick turnaround on our USA orders, normally 5-8 working days for Individual Greetings/Luxury cards.

Invitations and Wedding Stationery, orders are shipped once proofs have been agreed and delivery is normally 5-8 working days, but please allow up to 30 days. (There is no tracking facility with this $22 service).

• Special Delivery guaranteed mailed before 5pm
• Large individual designs £2.00 or £5.50 next day
• Luxury cards £2.00 or £5.50 Special Delivery (insured)
• Wedding stationery from £3.00 up to £15.00 maximum per consignment
• Maximum delivery charge on website orders £15.00 fixed price
• Personalisation is £2.50 per box of 10 cards
